How much does it cost me to register?
Registration on KhulaLink is completely free (R0). We do not charge listing fees, monthly subscription retainers, or make you buy "lead token credits".
How do I get paid for my jobs?
The customer pays you directly. Once you diagnose or finish the work, the customer settles your call-out and invoice via instant EFT (Capitec Pay, Ozow, FNB eWallet) or cash on site. You do not have to wait 30 days for payment clearance.
Do I need a registered PTY Ltd company to join?
No. Both independent sole proprietors / self-employed master artisans and registered PTY Ltd companies are welcome. You only need a valid South African ID / work permit and verifiable proof of your trade skill.
What happens if a customer cancels after I travel?
Homeowners on KhulaLink agree to the clear call-out fee policy before an artisan is dispatched. If you arrive within the agreed time and radius, the homeowner is obligated to settle the agreed call-out inspection fee.
